2023 Schedule

Below is the class schedule for 2023. Each class is 4 consecutive Monday evenings with cycle check-ins happening every month. After you have completed the series, you are welcome to attend any cycle check-in that works for you. Note that every month alternates between a women-only series and a couples series. Women are welcome to sign up for the couples series without a partner, but men are excluded from the women-only sessions. Cycle check-ins are women-only and you don't need to sign up for them - just show up!
